According to the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administration Regulations on National Standard for Engineering Construction, the function comprehension of recommended standards, the promotion and implementation of standards, the interpretation of standards and the consultation during preparation of standards are discussed.%根据中华人民共和国标准化法、 工程建设国家标准管理办法等法律法规, 对标准规范执行中: 对推荐性标准作用的理解、 标准的宣传贯彻工作、 对标准的解释工作、 对标准编制过程中的征求意见工作等问题进行探讨.
