In cable design and selection, cables with corresponding flame retardant rating should be selected and applied to meet flame retardant requirements. This paper proposes that the content of non-metallic materials in bunched cables shall be checked and regarded as an essential indicator in determining the flame retardant rating of cable. This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of isolated flame retardant cable and proves that the application of isolated flame retardant cable instead of traditional flame retardant cable at places cables are densely laid in a large project is able to ensure fire safety and more economical through the case of applying the isolated flame retardant cable in an urban complex project.%在电缆设计选型中,为满足阻燃要求,需选用相应阻燃等级要求的电缆;提出校核成束敷设电缆的非金属含量应作为选择电缆阻燃等级的一个不可忽视的重要指标;对隔离型阻燃电缆的特性进行简要介绍,并结合其在某城市综合体项目中的应用实例,说明在大型项目中电缆密集敷设的场所采用隔离型阻燃电缆与采用传统阻燃电缆相比,能保证消防安全,且具有较好的经济性。
