沪通长江大桥钢梁检查车设计

         

摘要

To safely and efficiently carry out the inspection of the steel truss girders of the Hutong Changjiang River Bridge, the design schemes of the new type of the inspection trolleys applicable to the steel truss girders of the rail-cum-road bridge like the Hutong Changjiang River Bridge are put forward in accordance with the structural characteristics and the technical and performance requirements of the bridge.In the design schemes, the total numbers of the inspection trolleys for the bridge are reduced from the originally designed 80 to 14 (i.e.1 trolley for the upper chord and 2 trolleys for the lower chord of the main ship channel bridge;1 trolley for the upper chord and 1 trolley for the lower chord of the special ship channel bridge;3 trolleys for the upper chords and 6 trolleys for the lower chords of the 112-m span simply-supported steel truss girder bridge).The inspection trolleys for the upper chords are to be arranged longitudinally and the trolleys have the multiple functions of fulfilling the inspection while traveling longitudinally and transversely, stretching out or drawing back their bodywork, moving up and down or turning over the platform, being controlled synchronously and traveling across the expansion joints.The trolleys for the lower chords have the functions of traveling synchronously in straight lines, traveling across the piers in a stretching-out or drawing-back way, traveling across the expansion joints and transversely translating.The two sets of the longitudinal and transverse drive systems of the trolleys do not interfere with each other, can be transformed freely on the longitudinal and transverse tracks and the traveling speeds and ways of the trolleys can be all automatically controlled.%为安全、高效地对沪通长江大桥进行钢梁检测,针对该桥的结构特点和技术、性能要求,提出一种适用于公铁两用长江大桥的新型钢梁检查车设计方案.该方案将沪通长江大桥检查车数量由原设计的80台降低为14台(主航道桥设1台上弦、2台下弦检查车;专用航道桥设1台上弦、1台下弦检查车;112 m简支钢桁梁桥共设3台上弦、6台下弦检查车).上弦检查车车体纵向布置,具备纵向行走、横向行走检查、车体伸缩、升降或翻转平台、同步控制、跨越伸缩缝的功能;下弦检查车具备直线同步行走、伸缩过墩、跨越伸缩缝、横向平移的功能.检查车纵、横向2套驱动系统互不干扰,可在纵、横向轨道自由转换,行走速度和行走方式均实现自动控制.
