生物质燃料烧制河道淤泥烧结多孔砖的绿色生产技术

摘要

In this paper, the green production technology of perforated river silt brick fired by biomass fuel is proposed aiming at problems in development of wall materials. Technologies of comprehensive utilization of waste, solar drying, exhaust treatment and waste heat utilization are introduced. And these technologies are successfully applied in Shanghai Xinjingshan Building Materials Development Co, Ltd.%针对当前墙体材料发展问题,提出生物质燃料烧制河道淤泥烧结多孔砖的绿色生产技术,介绍了废弃物综合利用技术、太阳能干燥技术、烟气处理技术及余热利用技术,并在上海鑫晶山建材开发有限公司砖瓦厂示范应用.
