以现代文化引领新疆文化安全

摘要

Modernization has the characteristics of objective historical and ideological requirements demand that we must pay attention to cultural security issues that may arise in the process of modern culture construction and lead in Xinjiang. In the course of construction, we should positive study the general law of development of modern culture, avoid the trap of cultural modernization, focus on the regional cultural characteristics, building Xinjiang mod- em culture based on the traditional culture of ethnic minorities and with regional cultural characteristic; strengthen grass-roots public cultural service system and develop characteristic industry simultaneously, ensure Xinjiang cul- tural security based on realizing modern culture leading affection.%现代化所具有的客观历史性和意识形态性要求我们在新疆现代文化建设和引领过程中，必须重视可能产生的文化安全问题。建设新疆现代文化，积极研究现代文化发展的一般规律，避免文化现代化的陷阱；注重新疆区域文化特征的研究，建设立足少数民族传统文化、具有区域文化特色的现代新疆文化；加强基层公共文化服务体系与大力发展特色文化产业并举，在实现现代文化的引领作用的基础上确保新疆文化安全。
