露天正常台阶深孔爆破处理地下采空区的实践

摘要

露天开采中,地下开采形成的采空区已成为矿山安全生产的重大安全隐患.三道庄露天钼矿经过早期多年的地下开采,存在大量的地下空区.通过了解三道庄矿区地下采空区的基本情况,根据现场实际,以1330台阶北部采区内的2处空区为研究对象,按照正常台阶中深孔采矿爆破作业的进度要求,采用逐孔微差起爆一次爆破的方式,成功的以多层一次处理法,在露天爆破的同时对地下空区进行了爆破处理,爆破效果良好.在保证台阶正常生产进度的同时,排除了空区的安全隐患.%After years of mining,a large number of underground goafs appeared in Sandaozhuang mine, which was potential hidden trouble in mining production. Based on the underground mine goafs condition, two goafs in the north area of 1330 bench were studied. The deep hole blasting method with delay time hole - by - hole was used to deal with underground goafs based on the real bench situations,which ensured the production work in the bench and get rid of potential goaf trouble simultaneously.
