间隔装药起爆顺序对深水岩石钻孔爆破影响的数值模拟

     

摘要

基于岩石材料的HJC本构模型,采用显式动力分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,模拟了深水岩石钻孔爆破采用间隔装药并以不同顺序起爆时,岩体内动态应力场的发展过程.对比分析结果表明:间隔装药的起爆顺序影响自由面的数目,而自由面对其附近的单元的应力状态影响明显.在不同的起爆顺序下,先爆装药的爆炸波与后爆装药的相互干扰叠加,形成的应力场特征明显不同,下部装药先起爆时更利于台阶下部单元的破坏,但地震波效应的峰值相对较大.%Based on the HJC constitutive model, the breaking process and dynamic stress field of rock under deep water drilling and blasting is simulated by the numerical program ANSYS/LS-DYNA with different ignition order and spaced loading. The simulation results show that the number of free face is affected by the ignition order,and the free faces will affect the stress state of elements around. The stress field characteristics are different on the two distinct occasions. When the bottom charge is initiated first,it is easier to destroy the bottom elements of bench,but the peak value of blasting vibration is higher.
