椭圆双极线性聚能药柱不耦合系数试验研究及数值模拟

     

摘要

为确定椭圆双极线性聚能药柱(EBLSC)炮孔不耦合系数,利用研制的EBLSC药柱,提出了一套EBLSC药柱对炮孔靶板的侵彻效应测试试验方法,用该方法测试同一药柱在6组不同孔径的软材料靶板上的侵彻效应,对实验数据进行多项式拟合,得到槽深y与孔径φ的定量关系,进而得到最佳弹靶关系,即最佳不耦合系数.为进一步验证方法的有效性,利用LS—DYNA对EBLSC药柱侵彻软材料靶板的性能进行了数值模拟,研究表明数值计算结果与试验得到的最佳不耦合系数较为一致,可见该试验方法能很好地确定EBLSC药柱不耦合系数.数值模拟得到的变形趋势和变形量与试验结果趋于一致,证明所采用的试验方法是正确的.%To determine the decoupling coefficient of the ellipse bipolar linear shaped charge(EBLSC),a new testing method to explore the penetration effect of a set of EBLSC on blast hole target was presented by using the developed EBLSC.The proposed method was used to test the penetration effect of the same charge on six soft material targets with different pore sizes.The relationship between groove depth and aperture was obtained according to experimental data,thus the best relationship between projectile and target with EBLSC was figured out,namely the best decouple coefficient.To further verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,the numerical simulation by LS-DYNA was conducted to simulate the performance of EBLSC penetrating effect on soft material target.Results indicate the simulating data in agreement with the experimental methods well.
