地震勘探震源炮孔封孔技术研究

     

摘要

为提高地震勘探震源地震波质量,研究分析震源炮孔装药封堵对激发地震波的影响作用。研制出以粉状过烧氧化钙为主要成分的膨胀性封堵剂,并设计了成型药柱和施工工艺。封堵剂在自由条件下体积可膨胀2~5倍,在炮孔约束下会对炮孔壁产生10~30 MPa的压强,实现了对炮孔预应力高强度的嵌楔式封堵,改善了震源药柱的爆炸条件。预计在同等条件下可减少震源炸药50豫以上,而又能提高有用地震波质量和强度,加大对油气矿藏勘探的深度。%In order to increase the quality of centrum seismic wave in seismic exploration,the effect of centrum blasthole charge sealing that can arouse seismic wave were researched and analyzed. A expansibility blocking agent that take powdery burnt lime as bases was developed. Also its fashioned grain and construction technology were de-signed. The volume expansion ratio of blocking agent under the free condition is 2 to 5. And the pressure intensity to the hole wall will be 10 MPa to 30 MPa when it is under the restriction of hole. These achieved the high strength and embedded wedge sealing for blasthole and improved the explosion condition of centrum grain. On similar conditions, more than 50% of centrum explosive can be saved in prediction. Also it can increase the quality and strength of seis-mic wave and the depth of exploration for oil and gas resources.
