云锡1360基础平台桶形掏槽数值模拟研究

     

摘要

针对云锡1360基础平台巷道掘进炮孔利用率低的现状,为了提高掘进掏槽爆破效率,采用 AN-SYS/LS-DYNA动力有限元分析软件,对两种不同装药的桶形掏槽爆破方式进行了数值模拟对比分析,在此基础上结合现场条件对这两种掏槽爆破方式的模拟结果进行了试验验证。结果表明:在体积相同的桶形掏槽腔内,装药量越大,槽腔岩石的炸药单耗越大,掏槽效果就越好;空孔是掏槽腔内装药最重要的自由面,对炸药爆轰冲击波具有极强的吸引和导向作用;应当将炸药尽可能地集中在桶形掏槽腔的中心位置,让空孔环绕在装药孔的周围,炸药爆炸的能量才能留在空孔周围,集中用于掏槽内岩石的破坏。优化选择掏槽方式,可为矿山高效掘进提供了技术支持。%Considering the low blast hole utilization ratio of drivage excavation on 1360 fundamental platform of Yunnan Tin group,two different loading styles of cylinder cut blasting were discussed to improve cut blasting efficien-cy by using the dynamic finite element ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Combined with the analysis results and the field condi-tion,the field tests were conducted to verify the simulation results from the two different cut blasting methods. The re-sults show that the larger charge amount and specific charge in the same volume cutting cavity,the better blasting effect would be obtained. Empty hole was the most important free face for the blasting holes,which strongly attracted and led detonation shock wave of explosive. Explosive should be concentrated in middle of cylinder cutting cavity with empty holes around,and thus explosion energy could stay around the empty holes and make rock broken. The optimal cut blasting method provided technical support for high efficient mine drivage.
