倾斜砖烟囱定向爆破拆除与数值模拟分析

         

摘要

某砖厂有一座60 m 高砖烟囱,使用时间较长局部发生风化,且烟囱整体倾斜5°。针对风化倾斜砖结构烟囱的实际情况,以及复杂的现场环境,通过 LS-DYNA 有限元软件对设计的三组参数进行了模拟分析。结合模拟结果与工程实践经验,采用正梯形长12 m 高2.8 m 的爆破切口、爆破切口设计在倾斜方向、倾倒方向与倾斜方向重合等参数的选择使爆破拆除方案达到了最优化。将切口设计在倾斜方向、人工修正定向窗、利用烟囱倾斜等措施,确保了烟囱按照预定方向倒塌。%An old chimney needed demolition,which was 60 meters high and partly weathered and inclined 5°. According to the characteristics of the chimney and the complicated surroundings,the parameters were simulated and discussed by LS-DYNA finite element software. Combined with the practical experience and numerical simulation re-sults,the optimal parameters were designed as 12 m long and 2. 8 m high trapezoid blasting cut,blasting cut designed in the oblique direction,dumped direction coincides with the oblique direction and some other methods. Finally,the chimney collapsed in a predetermined direction successfully.
