延期间隔对建筑物拆除爆破效果的影响

     

摘要

为了得到某框架结构在设计爆破切口下的最优延期间隔,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立整体式钢筋混凝土框架结构模型,对不同延期间隔下结构的倒塌效果进行数值模拟,进而得出八种不同工况下的爆堆高度和爆堆长度.并通过分析框架结构解体时塑性铰的形成过程,解释了延期间隔对倒塌效果的影响.结果表明:爆堆高度和爆堆长度都随着延期时间的增大呈先减小后增大的规律,其中当延期时间为300 ms爆堆高度最小,延期时间为400 ms爆堆长度最小,而最终现场爆破效果与模拟结果也符合较好.%In order to get the optimal delay interval of a frame structure in the design of blasting cut,the ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to establish monolithic reinforced concrete frame structure model.The collapse effects of the structure under different delay interval for numerical simulation of the eight different working conditions were obtained including blasting heap height and critical pile length.By analyzing the forming process of the plastic hinge frame structure disintegration,the influence of delay intervals on collapse effect was explained.The results show that the blasting pile height and the pile length decreased in early stage and then increased again with the delay time increasing.The minimum blasting pile height was obtained on the case of delay time 300 ms,and the minimum pile length obtained on delay time of 400 ms,all which fitted the simulation results well.
