乙烯是一种重要的植物激素,在植物生长发育过程中发挥着重要作用。研究发现,植物体内的乙烯受到各种外界胁迫的诱导,乙烯信号转导途径参与了植物对各种非生物胁迫的响应。总结了近年来乙烯在抗逆中作用的相关报道,并结合实验室的研究结果,对乙烯在植物应对干旱、水淹、盐以及低温胁迫中的作用进行了阐述,并提出了一些在研究乙烯信号转导与抗逆中需要注意的问题,以期为进一步理解乙烯和抗逆的关系提供一些参考。%Ethylene is an important hormone which plays essential roles in regulating plant growth and development. Researches showed that ethylene was induced by different stresses and ethylene signal transduction participated in plant response to the stresses. In this review,we summarized the current advances in the role that ethylene played in regulating plant response to abiotic stresses,including drought,flooding and high salinity. Also, the potential uses and deficiencies of ethylene signaling in improving the stress tolerance of crops were discussed.
