苏云金杆菌对棉铃虫生物学特性的影响

摘要

The pupal biological characteristics and egg laying amounts were observed in the current research after the lava fed on the artificial diet containing Bt. Results indicated that decreased pupation ratios and fecundity of adults were found in the larva exposed to Bt, which led to the lower population density.%研究采用人工饲料带毒法将苏云金杆菌作用于棉铃虫幼虫，观察其蛹期生物学指标及产卵量的变化。结果表明，取食该药剂的试虫化蛹率降低、产卵量减少，最终导致种群数量降低。
