外压容器失稳破坏,会引起巨大的安全隐患和经济损失。因此,如何有效、快速地进行外压容器的结构设计显得尤为重要。传统外压容器的设计方法主要是采用图算法,而图算法需要人工反复迭代,费时费力。随着信息技术的发展,其设计工作的数字化受到重视。本项目通过研究GB150-2011外压容器设计的相关理论知识,并对图算法A-B曲线的绘制原理进行了深入研究,基于MATLAB软件重新绘制了外压容器设计A-B曲线。项目的研究工作将为外压容器结构设计数字化工程应用起到一定的推动作用。%The failure of the external pressure vessel failure poses the huge security risk and leads to the economic losses. Hence, it is particularly important to scientifically and efficiently design an external pressure vessel.The traditional method for designing an external pressure vessel is the nomography, which needs to calculation again and again by the iteration method and wastes the time andenergy.With the development of information technology,the importance of digital design work has been attached. Based on the theoretical research to the pressure vessel design in GB150-2011, especially to the theory of the A-B coefficient curves in the nomography, the A-B curves were reconstructed based on the MATLAB software in this work. This research will play an important role in promotingthe digital engineering structural design of the external pressure vessel.
