Blood gas analysis played a vital role in the process of clinical surgery, rescue and care�Yet improper use can result in equipment failure, reduce the service life of the instrument, and then affect the treatment of the patients� This article summarized the working experience for ABL80 FLEX blood gas analyzer in ICU to help new ICU nurses.%血气分析技术一直在临床手术、抢救与监护过程中发挥着至关重要的作用，但如使用不当会导致仪器设备发生故障，减少仪器使用寿命，进而影响患者的救治。本文总结了多年在ICU 工作的科内血气分析仪使用的经验，期望能对初入ICU的同行有所帮助。
