档案管理与企业内部控制关系研究述评

摘要

To in-depth analyze the relation be-tween archives management and enterprise inter-nal control;this paper uses literature research meth-ods and content analysis methods to investigate the academic literature from 2000 to 2013 within the data of CNKI, EBSCO and other databases. It discusses the research status and limitations in the topic, and then puts forward some suggestions.%为了深入分析档案管理与企业内部控制之间的关系，以中国知网、EBSCO等数据库为数据来源，采用文献研究方法和内容分析方法调查了2000-2013年间在国内外正式发表的学术文献，探讨了学术界对企业档案管理与企业内部控制关系的研究现状与局限性，并提出了改进建议。
