《测绘地理信息业务档案管理规定》七解--基于三个新旧文本的比较分析

摘要

This paper conducts a comparative analysis of three department regulations related to archive management of the geographic information mapping from seven perspectives, namely basic theories, institutional functions, filing, storage, de⁃struction requirements, supervision, service and uti⁃lization. This research contributes to an in-depth, scientific and all-around understanding and imple⁃mentation of the spirit of the new document, and can provide more standard guidance for archive management of the geographic information map⁃ping.%本文从基础理论、机构职能、归档工作、保管工作、销毁要求、监督管理与服务利用七个方面，对涉及测绘地理信息业务档案管理的三份部门规章进行比较研究，有利于深刻理解、科学解读和全面贯彻新文件精神，为测绘地理信息业务档案管理工作提供更加规范的指导。
