'互联网+'环境下我国电子文件服务方式变革研究

摘要

"互联网+"战略使我国的电子文件服务迈上了新台阶.本文在概述电子文件服务方式的基础上,分析了"互联网+"环境下我国电子文件服务方式变革的表现,认为变革原因主要包括服务理念的转变、信息技术的发展、关系结构的重组和信息资源的整合,并提出"互联网+"环境下我国电子文件服务方式的变革趋势主要有移动终端应用服务、人工智能产品服务、电子文件云服务和电子文件中心服务.%"Internet Plus"strategy makes China's electronic records service to a new level.This paper based on an overview of the electronic records ser-vice way and analyzes the current status of transfor-mation of China's electronic records service way un-der the "Internet Plus" environment. This paper be-lieves that the causes of transformation mainly in-cluding changes in service concepts, development of information technology,reorganization of relation-ship structures and integration of information re-sources. And this paper puts forward the trend of transformation of China's electronic records service way mainly including mobile terminal application service, artificial intelligence product service, elec-tronic records cloud service and electronic records center service.
