带支柱孔渗碳钢滚子内裂分析

摘要

采用宏观观察、硬度检测、金相检验和断口分析等方法对带支柱孔渗碳钢滚子内裂进行分析,结果表明,发纹是滚子内裂的最主要原因,同时探讨了发纹在淬火应力作用下的扩展机理.%The internal crack of case-hardened steel roller with central hole are analyzed by using macroscopic observation,hardness inspection,metallographic examination and fracture analysis.The results show that the hairline is the most important reason.The propagation mechanism is discussed for hairline under quenching stress.
