The bearing elevation influences the safe and reliable operation of large-scale turbo generator unit directly,causing high pad temperature and oil film instability.Aiming at the high pad temperature of a 1000MW turbo generator unit,the monitoring method for a bearing elevation variation is put forward in the cold and hot state.The 5# ~ 9# bearing elevation variation during vacuum variation process,run up process and loading process are given.The factors influencing elevation are analyzed and summarized.%轴承标高直接影响大型汽轮发电机组的安全稳定运行,严重时会导致瓦温过高和油膜失稳等故障.针对某1 000MW汽轮发电机组出现的瓦温过高问题,提出了机组冷热态下轴承标高变化监测方法,给出了变真空、冲转升速和带有功负荷过程中5#~9#轴承标高变化量,并对影响标高变化的因素进行了分析与总结.
