单个微坑对圆锥滚子热弹流润滑的影响

         

摘要

The influence of single surface miniature pit on thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication (TEHL)of tapered rollers is researched by using multiple grid method and multiple grid integration method.The results of TEHL are com-pared between smooth surface and surface with a single miniature pit,and the influence of depth and diameter of pit, velocity and load on film thickness and pressure are discussed respectively.The results show that the film thickness and pressure increase in single pit contact area and the temperature remain unchanged.The film thickness and pressure in-crease when the pit depth is greater and the radian is smaller.%利用多重网格法和多重网格积分法研究了表面单个微坑对圆锥滚子热弹流润滑的影响,比较了光滑表面及单个微坑表面的热弹流润滑结果,分别讨论了单坑的坑深和坑径、速度及载荷变化对膜厚及压力的影响。结果表明,油膜厚度和油膜压力在单坑接触区增大,温度基本保持不变;坑深越大,凹坑弧度越小时,油膜厚度和油膜压力变化趋势越大。
