滚动轴承用聚脲润滑脂的综合选评方法

摘要

对4种聚脲润滑脂进行了噪声、抗水抗剪切、轴承防锈和抗漆锈性能测试，结果表明：不同聚脲润滑脂的性能差距较大，轴承噪声越小，聚脲润滑脂的抗水抗剪切性能、防锈性能和抗漆锈性能越差；应根据实际使用工况，综合评定其使用性能。%The noise,anti -water and shear,corrosion resistance and anti -rust of varnish performance are tested for 4 kinds of polyurea greases.The results show that the different polyurea grease has different performance,the lower the noise,the worse the anti -water and shear,corrosion resistance and anti -rust of varnish performance of polyurea grease.The usability is comprehensively evaluated according to actual working conditions.
