三排圆柱滚子转盘轴承径向游隙测量

         

摘要

针对大型三排圆柱滚子转盘轴承原径向游隙测量结果离散性大、测值不准确、效率低的问题,采用内径千分表测量取代靠瞬间吊起工件引起千分表头抖动进行测量的方式,减小了吊车使用时间、轴承安装拆卸时间及材料变形,提高了转盘轴承的几何精度和尺寸稳定性,并大大提高了生产效率,同时通过合理控制产品的径向游隙,也为提高产品的加工质量和合套准确率奠定了基础。%Aiming at problems about high dispersion,inaccurate measured value and low measuring efficiency of meas-uring result for original radial clearance of large size three row cylindrical roller slewing bearing,a measuring method u-tilizing dial indicator head shake caused by instantaneous workpiece lift is replaced by measuring method utilizing inner diameter dial indicator.The work time of crane,assembly and dismantling time of bearing,material deformation are re-duced,the geometric accuracy and dimension stability of slewing bearing are increased,and the production efficiency is greatly improved.The redial clearance of product is reasonably controlled,which lays a foundation for improving pro-cessing quality of product and accuracy of assembly.
