利用VB和APDL对ANSYS进行二次开发,通过输入几何、工况等参数,实现柔性或刚性支承下薄壁球轴承的力学性能分析,并增加基于正交试验的结构优化设计模块,以疲劳寿命、刚度及综合性能为优化目标,实现对薄壁轴承的结构优化,并通过试验验证其正确性。%The secondary development of ANSYS with VB and APDL language is completed for a finite element software of thin-wall rolling bearings.By inputting the geometric and working condition parameters,the performance analysis of the thin-wall rolling bearings can be realized conveniently and swiftly,either flexibly supported or rigidly supported.In addition,a optimization design module based on the orthogonal experiment method is included,with the bearing fatigue life,bearing stiffness or comprehensive performance of both being optimization objective,so that the structure of the thin-wall rolling bearings can be optimized.The software is validated with the comparison between analysis results and ex-perimental results.
