三、四点接触球轴承实体保持架结构改进

摘要

In order to easily disassembly and assembly of three or four point contact ball bearings,it is required that the steel balls and solid cages cannot be separated.A kind of cage with complex structure is designed.The cages and steel balls form inseparable components,which can be easily mounted into outer ring raceway.The structural strength of ca-ges is taken into account to avoid weak point formed at minimum beam width.The practical use proves that the design and improvement of cages can meet requirements of users.%为使三、四点接触球轴承拆装方便，要求钢球与实体保持架不可分离，因此设计了一种结构复杂的保持架，在与钢球形成不可分离组件时，可方便装入外圈沟道，同时兼顾了保持架结构强度，避免了最小梁宽处形成薄弱点。通过实际使用证明，该保持架设计改进能够满足用户的需求。
