针对现有轴承试验装置无法满足高速复杂结构设备滚动轴承故障模拟的现状,应用机械、测试、电子等技术,创新设计了具有油膜减振器、凸缘螺栓连接结构的轴承支承结构,采用基于液压加载的动静态加载装置,可实现高速复杂结构设备滚动轴承的故障模拟与试验。%The existing test rigs for bearings are unable to realize fault simulation for rolling bearings in high -speed complex structure equipment.The support structure for bearings with oil film damper and bolt -flange connection struc-ture is innovatively designed using technologies such as machinery,testing and electronics.The hydraulic static &dy-namic loading device is adopted,and the fault simulation and test for rolling bearings in high -speed complex structure equipment are realized.
