一种新型轴承套圈车削内夹式浮动夹具

摘要

分析套圈车削加工使用传统三爪夹具存在的问题,设计了一种新型的套圈车削用内夹式浮动夹具,该夹具采用12点浮动卡爪,详细介绍夹具结构和设计要点,并对夹具的最小夹紧力进行计算.实际使用表明,新夹具结构简单、调试方便、使用范围更广,能够满足产品技术要求.%The problems of traditional three -claw fixture are analyzed for turning of rings,and a new type internal clamping floating fixture is designed.The fixture adopts 12-points floating claw,the structure and design key point of fixture are introduced in detail.The minimum clamping force of fixture is calculated.The practical application shows that the new fixture features simple structure,convenient debugging and wider application range,which is able to meet tech-nical requirements of products.
