进口自润滑关节轴承的组织与性能分析

摘要

检测进口自润滑关节轴承套圈的显微组织、硬度及残余奥氏体含量,并测试轴承的承载、耐磨损性能.结果 表明:进口轴承套圈材料的成分及热处理工艺与国内同类材料相当;进口轴承马氏体呈针状分布,且较为细小,残余奥氏体含量较均匀;进口轴承的各项性能指标基本符合标准要求,密合度、径/轴向静载荷试验中个别轴承超标,低温磨损试验中个别轴承的自润滑衬垫材料的低温摩擦性能欠佳.%The microstructure, hardness and residual austenite content of rings are measured for imported self-lubricating spherical plain bearings, and the load capacity and wear resistance property of the bearings are tested. The results show that the composition and heat treatment process for materials of imported bearing rings are comparable to those of domestic similar materials. The martensite of imported bearings is relatively finer and the residual austenite content is relatively uniform. The various performance indicators of imported bearings basically meet standard requirements. The osculation, radial/axial static load of individual bearings are above standard. The friction property of self-lubricating liner of a few bearings is poor in wear test at low temperature.
