草酸盐共沉淀法制备LiMn0.75 Fe0.2 Ni0.05 PO4/C

         

摘要

用草酸盐共沉淀法制备草酸盐前驱体Mn0.75 Fe0.2Ni0.05 C2 O4·2H2O,然后与Li2C03混合,通过碳热还原法制备正极材料LiMn0.75 Fe0.2 Ni0.05PO4/C.制备的LiMn0.75Fe0.2Ni0.05PO4/C晶型完整,颗粒尺寸小于100nm,碳含量为6.5%.在3.0~4.5V循环,0.1C首次放电比容量达到139.6 mAh/g,循环60次的容量保持率为94%,2.0C放电比容量为122.2 mAh/g.在高温(55℃)下,0.1C、4.0C放电比容量分为150.0 mAh/g、127.8 mAh/g.%Precursor Mn0.75 Fe0.2 Ni0.05 C2 O4 · 2H2O was obtained by oxalate co-precipitation method,then mixed with Li2 CO3,cathode material LiMn0.75Fe0.2Ni0.05PO4/C was prepared by carbothermic reduction method.The prepared LiMn0.8Fe0.2PO4/C material had complete crystal,the particle size was under 100 nm,the carbon eontem was 6.5%.When cycled in 3.0 ~4.5 V,it had an initial specific discharge capacity of 139.6 mAh/g at 0.1 C and retained 94% after 60 cycles,the 2.0 C specific discharge capacity was 122.2 mAh/g.Under high temperature(55 ℃),the specific discharge capacity at 0.1 C,4.0 C was 150.0 mAh/g and 127.8 mAh/g,respectively.
