复合导电剂对富锂固溶体材料性能的影响

         

摘要

研究导电炭黑Super-P和气相沉积碳纳米纤维(VGCF)组成的复合导电剂对富锂固溶体材料性能的影响.导电剂中添加VGCF,可在活性物质的二次颗粒表面形成三维导电网络.随着VGCF含量的增加,材料的倍率性能发生变化.以3C在2.0~4.8 V放电,比容量随着VGCF含量的增加先增加、后减小,当VGCF含量为50%时为183.6 mAh/g,优于仅使用Super-P的164.4 mAh/g和VGCF的155.4 mAh/g,对应的电极的电阻率最小,为38.692 Ω·cm.%Effects of different ratio of vapor growth carbon fiber(VGCF) and Super-P on the performance of Li-rich solid solution material were investigated,which were Li-rich solid solution material as active materials,Super-P as conductive agents,VGCF as an another conductive material.A 3 dimensions conductive network was formed on the surface of the second particles of active materials when adding VGCF into the conductive.With the increase of VGCF's content,the rate capabilities were changed.The specific capacity was increased firstly and then decreased,when the content of VGCF was increased.The discharge was 183.6 mAh/g at 3 C,when the content of VGCF was 50%,it was better than Super-P only as conductive agents (164.4 mAh/g at 3 C),and only VGCF (155.4 mAh/g at 3 C).The electrical resistivity of the corresponding electrode was the lowest,which was 38.692 Ω · cm.
