无人机用聚合物锂离子电池的研制

         

摘要

High voltage C/LiCoO2 Li-ion battery was developed,its specific energy was 217.4 Wh/kg.The optimal areal density of cathode was 2.66 mg/cm2 at 6 C discharge in 3.00-4.35 V at 25 ℃.83.4% of nominal capacity could be obtained at 1 C discharge at-32 ℃.When charging with 1 C to 4.35 V,discharging with 4 C to 3.00 V and cycled for 300 times,the capacity retention rate was 91.3%.In high temperature storage test,battery was held at 75 ℃ in 2 d and expansion didn't appear.The voltage dropped only 0.146 V and internal resistance was risen 0.5 mΩ.After recovery,the capacity recovery rate reached to 87.7%.%研制比能量为217.4 Wh/kg的高电压C/LiCoO2锂离子电池,测试电池在25℃、以6.00C倍率从4.35 V放电至3.00V的性能,优选正极面密度为2.66 mg,/cm2的电池.该电池在-32℃下的放电容量达到额定容量的83.4%;以1.00C充电至4.35 V,4.00C放电至3.00V循环300次,容量保持率为91.3%;在75℃下储存2d的压降值为0.146 V,内阻升高0.5 mΩ,且没有胀气现象出现,容量恢复率为87.7%.
