摘要

Transforming growth factor-p ( TGF-p) plays a central role in physiological function including cell growth and differentiation, angiogenesis, wound healing and so on. In the process of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) , TGF-p can promote mesenchymal cell proliferation, migration, accumulation and increase production of extracellular matrix ( ECM) components, then, induce the development of intestinal fibrosis.%转化生长因子β(TGF-β)在细胞生长分化、血管发生、伤口修复等生理过程中发挥至关重要的作用.在炎性反应肠病(IBD)发病过程中,TGF-β能够促进间质细胞增殖、迁移和聚集,增加细胞外间质(ECM)的合成进而诱导肠道纤维化的发生.
