miRNAs(microRNAs,miRs) have very important role in regulating cardiac pathophysiologic progress. The expressing level and phenotype of miRNAs are different in myocardial injury, it can be regarded as sensitive and specific biomarker for diagnosis in cardiovascular diseases.
