球形轴尖球头圆度的非接触精密测量

摘要

The measuring examination of roundness shaft tine's circular exiguity was introduced. By analysis of achining method for roundness shaft tine and the outcome of circular measuring, the non-touch measure method was confirmed for roundness shaft tine's circular though omnipotence tool of microscope, and two special roundness shaft tine samples were produced for contrast examination for two measuring methods.
