Aiming at the characteristics of switch valve shell, three methods were used to make technical test. The front and rear shell parts were made of a whole welding blank. The isolation magnetic ring was put in middle groove. The problem of links between magnetic and diamagnetic materials in switch valve shell was solved by making breaking between front and rear shell before machining. The technical problems of inner quality, sealing properties and busting strength of weld and isolation magnetic ring by the method of manual tungsten electrode argon arc welding by screening.%针对阀门壳体的工作特点,采用了三种方案进行工艺试验,探索出的将前、后壳体制作成一个整体式焊接毛坯,再在中间槽口上堆焊隔磁环,最后通过机械加工使前、后壳体断开的方法,较好地解决了阀门壳体导磁与抗磁、导磁材料与抗磁材料之间的连接问题,所筛选出的手工钨极氩弧堆焊抗磁合金的方案成功的解决了焊缝与隔磁环的内部质量、密封性、爆破强度等技术问题.
