薄壁环型火焰筒转接段精密制造技术

摘要

The thin-walled ring flame tube connect section is a thin-walled ring stamping and drawing part. It is large profile, thin wall, bad rigidity and complex structure shape. The stamping, laser cutting and machining technology methods were used to produce high-precision parts by manufacture process design. It was technology basis for other stamping parts development.%薄壁环型火焰筒转接段为薄壁环型冲压拉深成形件,其外廓尺寸大、壁薄、刚性差,结构形状非常复杂,要求的制造精度非常高.同时所使用材料为一种新型高温合金,尚未掌握其冲压工艺性.本试验应用冲压成形、激光加工、机械加工等技术,通过科学地设计制造工艺,成功地加工出高精度的零件,为其它类似冲压成形件的研制奠定了技术基础.
