某型飞机铁鸟液压试验自动控制系统的实现

     

摘要

基于计算机远程控制技术和虚拟仪器技术,通过LXI设备及调理电路、转向/刹车动作模拟器等现场执行控制装置,代替真实飞机控制组件发送信号,使系统按预先设好的序列动作;通过高速以太网和反射内存网,将被试系统和试验设备纳入试验闭环网络,实现远程自动控制.经应用证明,该系统控制精确可靠,人机交互良好,支持了该型号飞机的液压系统铁鸟试验.%Based on computer remote control technology and virtual instrument technology, an automatic control system for iron bird hydraulic system test was setup. Instead of the real controlling components, on -site control units including LX1 devices and conditioning circuits, steering/brake simulators, etc. Send signals to drive the system perform a pre-set action sequence. The remote and closed-loop control is realised by integrating all test aircraft system and test equipment in a high-speed Ethernet & VMIC network. The application shows that this system is accurate and reliable, has played a significant role in supporting aircraft iron bird hydraulic system test.
