面向 PLM 的协同工艺设计与管理技术研究与应用

     

摘要

Combined with the analysis of an aviation manufacturing business process design business process, based on integrated on CAPPFramework and Teamcenter, the architecture of collaborative process design and management (C-CAPP) system was founded, and the system architecture consisting of the data layer, collaborative platform layer, application layer. Some key processes in the collaborative environment were researched, such as the collaborative design of collaborative process, expanded process and master process, the collaborative design of master process and apply for the dedicated tools, the collaborative design of master process and NC process, process design data management. XML tool was used for function calls and data communications in C-CAPP system.%  结合对某航空制造企业工艺设计业务流程的分析,以 CAPPFramework 与 Teamcenter 集成开发为基础,建立了由数据层、协同平台层、应用层构成的协同工艺设计与管理系统(C-CAPP)架构,详细论述了主制工艺与协作工序/扩编工艺的编制协同,主制工艺编制与专用工装申请/设计的协同,主制工艺与数控加工工序的编制协同,工艺设计数据管理方式。并以 XML 为工具进行了 C-CAPP 系统功能调用和数据通信形式化描述。
