牛头式电火花加工机床Y轴导轨安装基面加工工艺研究

摘要

为了确保牛头式电火花加工机床的装配质量和加工精度，本文从Y轴导轨安装基面的加工位置、支撑结构和加工轮廓形式三个方面，对Y轴导轨安装基面的加工工艺进行了深入分析。并以实例为基础，明确了合理支撑结构，给出了Y轴导轨安装基面加工轮廓形式的研究方法。%In order to improve the assembled quality and the machining precision of the Ngau-Tau-type EDM machine tools, the position, the Y-axis support construction and the structure profile of the mounting surface are studied. The suitable support construction is studied. The analysis method of the mounting surface's structure profile is given based on the real example.
