搅拌摩擦点焊在火箭舱段连接装配上的应用

摘要

搅拌摩擦点焊(Friction Stir Spot Welding , FSSW)作为一种新型的固相连接工艺,由于其无预制孔、接头质量高、壳体变形小、连接质量稳定等优点,具有非常高的应用价值与潜力.本文旨在通过分析我国新型大推力运载火箭铆接舱体结构特点,探索搅拌摩擦点焊在航天连接装配领域应用的可行性,分析了FSSW工艺在箭体装配的整体方案,为新型运载火箭连接装配提供新的思路.%By analyzing the characteristic of cabin structure riveting for a large thrust rocket, the feasibility of the stir spot welding application in the field of aerospace connection was explored and FSSW technology overall program in the assembly was analyzed to provide the new ideas for carrier rocket connecting assembly.
