某高精度内缸加工工艺研究

摘要

以某高精度内缸的加工为研究对象,从工艺方案、刀具、夹具等几个方面进行了阐述.针对加工难点,通过采用合适的装夹、基准及合理的基准转换,经过验证,形成了合理的工艺流程,值得推广应用.%A high precision cylinder was presented as the research object,from the processing scheme,cutting tools and fixture to explanation.Aiming at the processing difficulty,the appropriate clamping,benchmark and reasonable datum transformation were used.After the experimental verification,the result show that the process scheme is worthy of popularization and application.
