Static analysis on the torsion beam semi-independent rear suspension of a passenger car is conducted by finite element method to get the rule of strength distribution and dynamic characteristics of suspension under different typical operating conditions. The improving schemes are proposed for the weak links of original structure, and based on the calculated data in corresponding working conditions the transient characteristics of vertical stiffness, rolling stiffness and wheel alignment parameters of suspension are investigated. These provide parameter bases for accurately predicting suspension performance in design stage.%利用有限元方法对某款乘用车扭转梁半独立后悬架进行了静力分析,获得了在各种典型工况下悬架结构强度分布规律和动态特性,对原有结构的设计薄弱环节提出了改进方向,并根据对应工况的计算数据,考察了悬架垂向刚度、侧倾刚度及车轮定位参数的瞬变特性,为悬架设计阶段精确高效地预测悬架性能提供了参数依据.
