以汽车防撞吸能盒部件为应用对象,对比分析了由差厚板和激光拼焊板制作的变壁厚圆管在轴向压溃下的载荷 位移曲线特点、失效模式和吸能效果.结果表明,在准静态轴向加载条件下,与拼焊管相比,差厚管的变形模式为混合模式,更加稳定,且平均载荷较大,能吸收较多的能量.%With the energy absorbing crash box of vehicle as application object,two kinds of thickness var-ying tubes made of tailor welded blank (TWB) and tailor rolled blank (TRB) are comparatively analyzed in terms of the features of load-displacement curve,failure modes and energy absorbing effects under axial crushing. The re-sults show that in the condition of quasi-static axial loading, TRB tube has a more stable mixed mode of deforma-tion,with higher average load and more energy absorbed compared with TWB tube.
