Abnormal sound diagnosis is a complicated job which requires the diagnosis person must be not only familiar with the structures,working principles and inspection and repair processes of the engine,but also the judgement of various abnormal sound factors and abnormal sound positions.Combining with actual examples,the various factors to cause the abnormal sounds in engine,such as the influences of working temperature,operating speed,operating load,lubrication condition,operating cycling,ignition in advance angle and etc are analyzed,the judgement of abnormal sound position is explained with an actual example.%异响诊断是一项比较复杂的工作，它要求诊断者不仅熟知发动机的结构原理和检修工艺，而且要了解各种异响因素及异响部位判断。结合实例分析了发动机异响的各种影响因素，例如工作温度的影响，工作转速的影响，工作负荷的影响，润滑条件的影响，工作循环和点火提前角的影响等。举例说明了异响部位的判断。
