基于振动信号分析的变速器滚动轴承损伤过程监测研究

     

摘要

In this research, constant amplitude fatigue test of 5-speed transmission with 3-shaft was conducted, Root Mean Square (RMS) and Full Band Signal Envelope (FBSE) methods were used to analyze the vibration signals within the fatigue lifecycle of transmission, to monitor the failure process of transmission and bearings, and analyze the cause of bearing failure. The results show that, at high speed operations, the RMS values of vibration signals can be used as a macro indicator of bearing failure process monitoring, and the failure process of bearing can be monitored by FBSE method. It is better to implement the on-line monitoring of transmission rolling bearing failure process by the combination of RMS and FBSE.%对三轴式5挡变速器进行等幅疲劳试验,采用均方幅值和全频带包络法对变速器疲劳寿命周期内的振动信号进行了分析,对变速器及轴承的损伤过程进行了监测,并对轴承的失效原因进行了分析.结果表明,在高速挡工况下,均方幅值可以作为轴承损伤过程监测的宏观指标;全频带包络分析方法可以有效监测轴承损伤过程;两者结合可以更好实现变速器滚动轴承损伤过程的在线监测.
