球阀型电子节温器控制策略仿真及冷却系统优化

         

摘要

以某款国产1.5 L汽油机搭载的新型球阀式电子节温器为研究对象,拟合大循环流量比重与球阀开度的函数关系,并对其制定PID控制策略.耦合GT-Cool软件建立发动机冷却系统一维仿真模型,结果表明PID控制策略能够实现冷却液温度的精确控制.将电控硅油离合器风扇与该电子节温器匹配,仿真结果表明,全工况下风扇功耗平均降低66.18%,最大降幅为3.34 kW,实现了对冷却系统的匹配优化.%A new ball-valve electronic thermostat equipped to a home-made 1.5 L gasoline engine was studied and PID control strategy was established in this paper based on the functional relationship between large circulation flow rate proportion and ball-valve opening.The one-dimensional simulation model of engine cooling system was established by coupling GT-Cool software.The results show that the PID control strategy of the electronic thermostat can realize precise control of the coolant temperature.The electrical controlled silicone oil clutch fan was matched with this electronic thermostat.The simulation shows that the power consumption of the fan is reduced by 66.18% in average,with the maximum reduction of 3.34 kW in all conditions,matching optimization of the cooling system was realized.
