1000MW机组受热面超温原因分析及预防

         

摘要

结合1000MW超超临界机组锅炉结构特点和受热面的材质特点,对某电厂一期两台2X1000MW自投产以来,锅炉受热面超温现象进行了分析,从锅炉总风量调整、干湿态转换、启动制粉系统、煤质等方面提出相应的防范措施,为同类机组受热面超温原因及预防提供了借鉴和参考。%the combination of 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler heating surface structure characteristics and material characteristics, a power plant in a period of two sets of 2X1000MW since the operation, the boiler heating surface over temperature phenomenon is analyzed, and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures from the boiler total air volumeadjustment, dry and wet state conversion, start the pulverizing system, coal quality etc., provides the model and the reference for the similar units heat surface overheating causes and prevention.
