在线分析仪在蒽醌法制备双氧水中的应用

摘要

Hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process is currently the main method in industrial production. The general process of hydrogen peroxide with anthraquinone is introduced. Combining with the character of industry production and specific requirements of process analysis, from the point of view of on-line analyzer selection, measuring principle, composition and application of attention to matters, the application of thermal conductivity of hydrogen analyzer, pH meter, paramagnetic oxygen analyzer in the hydrogenation, oxidation reaction process of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone are described successively, and explosion-proof, grounding, power distribution and other aspects are emphasized during the selection and use of on-line analyzer in the process. Finally, rational selection and proper use of on-line analyzer are suggested, and the important role and significance of on-line analyzer in hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone process is embodied, and the corresponding production plant has achieved better benefit.%蒽醌法是工业制备双氧水的主要方法，叙述了葸醌法制备双氧水的工艺过程。结合该方法的特点及过程分析的具体要求，从在线分析仪的选用、测量原理、组成和应用中的注意事项等方面，先后阐述了热导式氢分析仪、pH计、顺磁式氧分析仪在葸醌法制备双氧水的氢化反应、氧化反应过程中的应用；强调了在线分析仪选用和使用过程中防爆、接地、配电等方面应注意的问题；对在线分析仪的合理选用和正确使用提出了建议，体现了在线分析仪在蒽醌法制备双氧水中的重要作用和意义。
