冶金企业能源结算系统

摘要

将能源结算系统集成在冶金企业能源管理系统系统中，利用能源管理系统的数据采集子系统，从检测仪表采集能源介质计量数据并传输到远程终端单元，再通过能源网络传输到能源管理系统的数据库，各能源结算终端通过能源结算界面访问能源管理系统的数据库，实现对能源介质计量数据的自动结算。能源结算系统实现了能源计量数据的自动分析和异常数据的判别，并且将企业各工序对应的标准消耗量赋值给异常数据，以代替异常数据完成检测数据异常期间的能源结算，从而提高冶金企业能源结算的效率和准确性，具有很高的实用和推广价值。%Energy settlement system was integrated in the metallurgical enterprise energy management systems, whose data acquisition subsystem was used gathering the energy media measurement data. And then, all the data was transmitted to a remote terminal unit, and transmitted to the energy management system database through energy network. The energy settlement terminals access databases of energy management systems, to achieve energy media measurement data automatically settlement. Energy settlement system can automatically achieve energy metering data analysis and determination of abnormal data, can set the standard consumption of each process to the corresponding abnormal data. The standard consumption data replace abnormal data complete the energy clearing settlement when data was detected abnormal. The energy settlement system improves the energy settlement efficiency and accuracy in metallurgical enterprise, showing high practical and promotion value.
